The perilous 1,000-mile journey to save Africa’s endangered black rhinos

Inzalo Exclusive Safari Destinations say that Sefofane Air Charter‘s daily flight connections to all properties in the Lowveld will make the Greater Kruger National Park much more accessible to visitors.
lan Beauchamp, chief executive of Inzalo, said that clients from the South African market usually spend a maximum of two or three nights in the bush, probably due to time constraints and other commitments. “Sefofane`s flight schedule will make weekend breaks to game lodges more feasible and attractive.
“Guests can board one of Sefofane‘s Pilatus PC 12 aircraft at Lanseria airport and about an hour later they will disembark at the landing strip right in the Thomybush Game Reserve, or at the landing strip in nearby Simbambili in the Sabi Sand Game Reserve. One of our rangers will transfer the guests to whichever lodge they are booked into in a matter of minutes,” he added.
Beauchamp remarked that the new dispensation would allow guests who are visiting properties in the Greater Kruger National Park to include a visit to the Okavango Delta, which was previously not possible. “Reservations can be made through your tour operator or directly with Inzalo`s reservations office in Johannesburg,” he concluded.
Inzalo Exclusive Safari Destinations has a portfolio of six lodges in the Greater Kruger National Park. The company owns and manages three of these lodges, namely Thomybush Game Lodge, Simbambili and Chapungu Luxury Tented Camps and markets the other three (NKaya, Serondella and Shumbalala) on behalf of the owners.
